KARACHI: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has appointed senior media communication manager, Syed Ibne Hassan, as vice president, Public Relations, Corporate Communication Division.
According to an announcement here on Wednesday by NBP, Hassan has been appointed for his rich experience in media communication and made part of the team to further lift the image of the leading state owned bank presently catering to the needs of the Central Bank, corporate sector and overseas Pakistanis.
It said that Hassan remained associated also with the local and foreign print and electronic media and also served various state and private sector banks including PICIC and Singapore based NIB, besides, association with the government departments.
He is also fully active in social, cultural and literary activities of Karachi Arts Council, Karachi Press Club and other NGOs.
During his association with NIB bank, he also conducted a campaign to serve the flood affecttees in the interior of Sindh and managed to mobilize funds for them.
