imageThe South Korean technology giant Samsung, launched its much awaited flagship the Galaxy C5 in China.

Samsung C series are considered to be the carbon copy of their Apple counterpart i.e. iPhone, but fortunately they are not as expensive as the Apple’s smartphones.

Copying Apple's high-ticketed devices but selling them at a lower price, Samsung C series of smartphones could help the company regain market share in the highly competitive China, said the Business Insider.

According to Times of India, Samsung’s Galaxy C5 recently launched in China, features metal unibody design and will be available in four color variants, gold, silver, pink and gray.

Now, coming to the specifications, the Galaxy C5 features a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. The device is powered by an Octacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor combined with 4GB of RAM.

Reports further added that the handset is available in two internal storage options, 32GB and 64GB, with microSD cards support of up to 128GB in size.

Now software, the C5 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, offering the dual-sim function.

Camera wise, the C5 boasts a 16MP primary camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera. The device also includes 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS and comes packed with a 2,600 mAh battery.

Coming to the comparison between C5 and iPhone 6S, as per University Herald, the rear finish as well is nearly the same as Samsung's C5 and have a strikingly identical antenna band that can be found on the iPhone 6S back plater.

Hiwever, the only feature that seems to be different is the position of the back camera lens, which is at the right corner for Apple's iPhone and upper center for Samsung's smartphones.
