ISLAMABAD: The accountability court Wednesday summoned two more prosecution witnesses on June 6, in a reference regarding assets beyond known sources of income against Ishaq Dar.

Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir conducted hearing of the reference against former finance minister Ishaq Dar and other co-accused filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

During cross-examination, Azeem told the court that an amount of Rs 5.41 million was transferred to the Hajveri Foundation’s account on February 13, 2007. Similarly, an amount of Rs 10.07 million was transferred to the account of Mrs. Shahnawaz on Januray 8, 2008.

He said an amount of Rs 40 million was transferred to the account of Raja Sarfraz Ahmed on April 13, 2015 that was withdrawn later from the Bank Al-Flah Branch F-7 on July 12.
