The demonstrators were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans at Nawan Shehr Chowk. They were chanting slogans against Burma and the UN.
Addressing the participants, the chief of the forum, Hamza Shahid Lodhi appealed to the government to take up the matter at high level to save innocent Muslims.
