A city magistrate on Saturday rejected the bail plea of son-in-law of Mian Nawaz Sharif Captain Muhammad Safdar(r) in anti-government speech case. The counsel Safdar pleaded that the police do not have the authority to register the case. Farhad Shah advocate stated that as per law even if a provocative statement was given a notification was required to be issued whereas Captain Safdar was not notified about it.
