CDA's notice to JUI-F leader criticised

The vice-chairman Pakistan Bar Council on Thursday strongly condemned a notice issued by Capital Development Authority (CDA) to former chief of the PBC and leader of Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl Kamran Murtaza alleging nonconforming use of his house in Islamabad.

Vice-Chairman PBC Syed Amjad Shah stated that issuance of the notice reflects even utter confusion of concerned authorities, as it has been issued in the name of Mrs Talat Ahmed who, in fact, has nothing to do with ownership of the house.
