Daycare centers to be established all over province

LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Health Dr. Yasmin Rashid Wednesday said that children of working ladies of the Health department would be looked after at daycare centers.

During a surprise visit of model day care center at Primary and Secondary Healthcare here, she said that daycare centers would be established all over the province.

The Health Minister said that all home-like facilities were being provided to the children of working ladies of the Health department free of cost in model daycare centers.

Model daycare centers would be established in all DHQ Hospitals of all districts, she added.

Teachers in model day care gave briefing to the minister. Dr. Yasmin Rashid also shook hand with children at model daycare center.

Special Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Mudasar Waheed Malik, Additional Secretary Technical Dr. Asim and other officers were present on the occasion.

Later, Dr. Yasmin Rashid also paid a surprise visit to command and control center of Primary and Secondary Healthcare.

She expressed displeasure over the bad performance of MS DHQ Nankana Sahib. She also visited TB lab.
