HYDERABAD: The Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad Mohammad Abbas Baloch has directed the concerned officers to take all possible measures for making better cleanliness & sanitation arrangements so that people could be provided healthy atmosphere.

This he directed while visiting different areas of Hyderabad City including Naya Pul, Subzi Mandi, Gharib Nawaz Colony and Hali Road this morning. The Municipal Commissioner Hyderabad Syed Shahid Ali Khan, Director General HDA, MD WASA, Additional Deputy Commissioner and AMD WASA were accompanied the Commissioner Hyderabad.  During the visit the residents complaint about sanitation problems and broken roads on which the Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad had directed the concerned officers to resolve the problems of residents and provide relief to them by making better arrangements of sanitation and repairing the roads.

On the occasion, the need was stressed to make Hyderabad clean and green city so that people could take a sigh of relief.

He also directed for removing encroachments which according to him were the main hindrance in sewerage system. He also directed for de-silting of sewerage lines. Mr. Baloch expressed his dissatisfaction over the digging of roads for different reasons and not filling and leveling them afterward.

Later, he met with the under-training officers’ delegation of Senior Management Course of National Institute of Management Quetta at Shahbaz Hall, Shahbaz Building Hyderabad. Mr. Baloch informed the delegation about historical and cultural background of Hyderabad. He said that Hyderabad has importance for its   industrial zones and agriculture and added that Hyderabad was suitable for investment.
