NAB Multan spokesman said in a statement that Khan Estate Developers, who had launched three housing projects namely Gulshan-e-Rehman, Gulshan-e-Toheed, and Gulshan-e-Wahid through two companies, including Kashana and Khan Estate Developers, were found selling illegal plots.

NAB Multan freezed the properties and appointed District Collector Multan and District Collector Rajanpur as Receivers of the properties.

Three accused namely Tayyab Bilal, Imtiaz Hussain and Muhammad Abdullah Khan have already been arrested by NAB Multan and they were now in judicial custody.

The liability determined by NAB against each housing project was calculated at Rs 985,703,203 against Gulshan-e-Rahman, Rs. 491,313,712 against Gulshan-e-Toheed, and Rs 365,440,463 against Gulshan-e-Wahid, the release said.
