Altaf Hussain said that media had reported about the registration of a case against Hamid Mir in Quetta and issuance of warrants against him, said a statement issued by MQM on Sunday. Altaf expressed solidarity with the journalists community and said that independence of the media and press could not be curbed by such actions.
