The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a terrorist of banned Al-Qaeda and recovered explosives here on Saturday. The CTD source said that on an intelligence tip-off, operation was conducted in Sialkot. During operation, a terrorist of Al-Qaeda Umer Kundi Group and identified as Nadeem Ahmad was arrested with explosive material.
