Mingora and the adjoining areas of Swat were jolted by an earthquake on Saturday. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the earthquake measure 4.6 on the Richter scale at a depth of 217 kilometers. The epicenter of the tremor was in the Hindu Kush Region in Afghanistan.
