Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz visited the residence of human rights activist late Asma Jehangir to condole with her family members over the demise of lawyers community leader. Hamza remained there for some time and offered 'fateha' for the eternal peace of the departed soul. He also eulogized the services rendered by the late. Later, talking to media, Hamza slammed the ongoing violence against innocent Kashmiris by the Indian occupation forces and said Pakistani nation stood with their Kashmiri brothers in their just struggle.
He appealed to the international community to realize and play its part in putting an end to the gross human rights violations by the Indian forces. He said the Kashmir issue could only be resolved through implementation of the UN Security Council resolutions. It may be added that Pakistan on Friday marked 'the Kashmir Solidarity Day' to raise awareness globally against the unending atrocities by the Indian army in the occupied Kashmir who have unleashed a reign of terror against the unarmed civilian protestors, struggling for their right to self determination.
To a query, Hamza said the politics of baseless allegations is poisonous for the nation and due to it; a nation's goal is lost because of blame game. Those who speak lies should realize facts, he maintained.
