REAP dispatches relief team to Turkey

The Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) has dispatched a relief work delegation led by its senior vice president Rafique Suleman for the Muslim brothers of Syria. Rafique informed the media persons that they are on a visit to Turkey to undertake relief activities for our Muslim brothers, sisters and innocent children who are facing worst hardships of their lives and waiting for our support to provide them some relief.
He said this delegation also had meetings with senior officials of Turkish NGOs for Disaster and Emergency, AFAD and DIYANAT and paid visits to the Relief Camps setup by Turkish government. He expressed his gratitude for the government of Turkey for providing shelter to hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees.
Rafique Suleman said that Muslims of Syria are in desperate need of help. He said that Relief Camps at present need tents, blankets, food, drinking water and medicine on urgent basis.
