Good to know that Chairman Nadra has set in motion revamping Nadra's structure in Sindh. Troublesome is not only interaction of Nadra officers with the public. A good amount of inconvenience to the public is due to systems and procedures of Nadra obtaining in their work manuals. Required appears to be revamping such structure.
One would believe that 'system audit' of Nadra that takes out annoying and delaying weeds and thorns may lead to substantially addressing public worries. Another welcome suggestion would be to follow Chairman Nadra's example who appeared at his office counters as applicant. Indeed public representatives, MNAs, MPAs, Senators, Counselors could also follow suit to help putting in place trouble free systems. To build public confidence thereby.
