The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested two terrorists of a proscribed organization in an operation conducted in district Haripur of Hazara division. According to a statement, the CTD personnel conducted an operation in Haripur and arrested two terrorists Abdul Mateen and Zaheer Abbas belonging to a banned outfit.
The statement added that Abdul Mateen belonged to Balakot area of district Mansehra while Zaheer Abbas was a resident of Vehari district. Two hand grenades were also recovered from the terrorists; the statement said and added that further interrogations were underway.
