CBOT wheat falls in profit-taking setback

Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures fell for the first time in six sessions on Wednesday in a profit-taking setback from the prior day's three-month highs. Benchmark March soft red winter wheat fell 5-1/2 cents to $4.51-3/4 a bushel.
K.C. March hard red winter wheat notched a fresh four-month high early in the session but settled 2-1/2 cents lower at $4.67-1/4 a bushel. The contract failed to breach chart resistance at its 200-day moving average around $4.73. Minneapolis March spring wheat was 8-3/4 cents lower at $6.07-1/4 a bushel.
