The Board of Directors of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has decided to delay the proposed merger of Fatima Fertilizer Company and its wholly subsidiary, Fatimafert Limited till any further consideration, in this regard. It was previously announced to be effective from January 01, 2018, according to the material information that was sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange.
