Three survey teams reconstituted by the Wildlife & Parks Department Punjab left here for the Southern Punjab on Saturday for carrying out survey of houbara bustard's population in Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur and Bhakkar Districts. These six-member committees will conduct survey using latest scientific method called 'king strip' and submit a report to the department within a week. These survey teams departed from the office of the WWF-Pakistan and return within one week after completing their task.
