Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said on Friday that the use of force is not the solution of the problem while exchanging his views on the operation against Faizabad sit-in where one person lost his life and over 100 got injured. He opined that it appears as if the writ of state has been diminishing after the disqualification of ex-PM Nawaz Sharif. Imran Khan condemned the ongoing situation in which nationwide protests broke out after the operation.
"Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is a basic part of our faith," he stated, asking why the recommendations of Raja Zafarul Haq have not been implemented yet. He demanded of immediate action against those responsible for the error on sensitive issue. Imran Khan even criticised the Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi saying that the country is ablaze while the PM is paying his respects at the royal palace of sacked premier. He blamed the federal government for channeling all their attention to save the corruption of the Sharif family. The PTI Chairman reaffirmed his demand for early election, calling it the only way to save the country from chaos.
