The meeting of Ministers of Defense Council of Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) will be held in Riyadh on Sunday. The theme of the meeting is "Allied against Terrorism." Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan and Additional Secretary Defence Faisal Rasool Lodhi will leave for Saudi Arabia today to participate in the summit.
The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition is a willing coalition of 41 Muslim countries against terrorism and violent extremism. Crown Prince and Minister of Defense of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud will open the meeting. The key events and presentations will revolve around the strategy, governance, achievements, plans and initiatives of the Coalition in the domains of Ideology, Communications, Counter Terrorist Financing, and Military.
