Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar Saturday once again formed a three-member bench to hear appeal of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) seeking reopening of an inquiry against Sharif family in multibillion rupees willful loan default concerning Hudaibiya Paper Mills.
Earlier, on November 10, the Chief Justice had formed a three-member bench of Justice Sardar Asif Saeed Khan Khosa to hear the case but Justice Khosa recused himself on November 13, saying he has already asked the NAB in Panama Papers verdict to file reference against Ishaq Dar. After recusing himself from the bench, Justice Sardar Asif Saeed Khan Khosa sent the matter for the perusal of the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Subsequently, Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday formed a three-judge bench led by Justice Mushir Alam, comprising Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel, to hear the NAB appeal in the matter on November 28.
