The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the date for filing of October 2017 withholding tax statements, due on November 15, 2017, till November 22, 2017. According to a FBR circular issued here on Friday, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 214A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to extend the date of filing of withholding tax statements for the month of October, 2017 which were due on 15th November, 2017 under the provisions of Section 165(2) of the Ordinance, 2001 till 22nd November, 2017.
