An officer of Commerce and Trade (C&T) Group, Muhammad Ashraf has topped the Central Selection Board (CSB) evaluation. According to the minutes of the Central Selection Board's recent meeting reveal that Commerce and Trade Group Officer Muhammad Ashraf has got the highest overall marks 92.24% amongst all the service groups in the performance evaluation reports, training courses and the final evaluation by the CSB.
The meeting of the CSB was held in December 2016 in which 400 officers from different service groups like Pakistan Administrative Service, Police, Customs, Foreign Service, Inland Revenue Service, Commerce and Trade and Secretariat Group.
Out of a total of 100 marks, 70 are for the officers PERs, 15 for trainings like MCMC, SMC and NMC and 15 for the CSB. In all the three parts and overall the highest score was secured by Muhammad Ashraf, an officer of Commerce and trade group promoted to BPS 20 by the CSB. The second highest is Bilal Pasha, another C&T officer and third one is Syed Touqir Hussain Shah, a PAS officer.
