Chinese Communist Party team meets Shahbaz

A high-level delegation led by Secretary Chinese Communist Party Hubei, Provincial Commission on Discipline Inspection Houchangan called on the Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Friday. Matters related to mutual interest, CPEC projects, promotion of bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields were discussed in the meeting.
Houchangan said that Shehbaz Sharif has brought economic stability in Punjab and his revolutionary initiatives for progress of his people as well as zero tolerance policy against corruption are highly regarded by the people of China. He said that the credit of promoting transparency in province and unusual development in Punjab undoubtedly goes to the executive aptitudes of Shehbaz Sharif. Houchangan invited the Chief Minister Punjab to visit Hubei China. On the occasion he revealed that the investors of Hubei are interested in investing in Pakistan particularly in Punjab under CPEC.
Shehbaz Sharif at this occasion said that Pakistan and China cherish the resilient friendship bond which has been fortified through CPEC and high speed progress to execute this project has left whole world surprised. He said that 'one road one belt' vision of President of China Shi Jinping will aid the whole region. He also added that Pak-China relationships have touched their limits under the government of PML (N) and the mode in which thousands of Chinese engineers and workers are performing their duties around the clock is the best model of love of Chinese leadership for Pakistan.
CM said that Punjab government has adopted zero tolerance policy against corruption and had taken across the board action against corrupt people. He said that transparent policies of government have been acknowledged internationally and we will promote relations between Hubei and Punjab. A joint committee of both provinces was established during meeting which will review elevation of bilateral relations. Provincial Ministers Rana Sanaullah, Rana Mashhood Ahmed, Mansha Ullah Butt, Begum Zakia Shahnawaz, Khawaja Imran Nazir, Jehangir Khanzada, MNA Pervaiz Malik, Khawaja Ahmed Hassaan and other concerned officers were present on the occasion.
