The Met Office on Friday forecast mainly dry weather for the most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. It said that a light rain-thunderstorm is expected at few places of Quetta Division besides FATA, while hot weather in Sindh and Southern Balochistan. "Continental air is prevailing in most parts of the country," the Met Office said, adding that weather conditions likely to remain unchanged in the most parts of the country in the next 48 hours.
Minimum temperature was recorded in Kalam as minus three degree Celsius, Gupis one and Astore two. Maximum temperature was in Mithi as 39 degrees Celsius, Mirpurkhas, Chhor and Shaheed Benazirabad 38, each.
