The United Business Group (UBG) has welcomed the announcement of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to open banking channel between Pakistan and Iran. UBG Spokesman Gulzar Firoz said that opening of a bank channel will facilitate traders of both the countries in many ways and boost two-way trade. He said that Pakistan and Iran offered lucrative opportunities to boost two-way trade.
He also appreciated efforts of TDAP chief S M Muneer and President FPCCI Zubair Tufail in this regard and added that it is in the manifesto of UBG to make efforts to remove hurdles coming in the way of Pakistani business community in respect of trade and investment.
