Three days Solar Pakistan 2017, sixth International Renewable Energy Exhibition and Conference, attracting local and foreign investors in solar energy project, at the Lahore Expo Center concluded on Saturday. More than 150 exhibitors from 15 countries participated in the event organized by FAKT Exhibitions (Pvt) Ltd. The intention of the company was to introduce latest solar technology in Pakistan.
The exhibitors companies displayed their products including batteries, latest solar panel, inverters, Electric Motorcycle, Rickshaw etc. Several Chinese companies also took part in the expo. Foreign companies showed interest in entering Pakistani market. During a press briefing, held on last day at Expo Centre, CEO FAKT Exhibitions (Pvt) Ltd, M. Saleem Tanoli said that the purpose of this exhibition was a mean to bring the business communities closer together.
On this occasion, the foreign companies promised to bring the business into Pakistan, he added. Mr. M. Saleem Khan Tanoli said that the participants were provided secure environment to display their items. The Venue provided opportunity to companies to share their experiences with one another. Additionally, the CEO expressed, the exhibition opened new horizons for the exhibitors. He shared his experiences on the impediments hindering the growth of this sector.
Saleem Tanoli was excited with the caliber of knowledge sharing by international experts with our solar industry stake holders in Pakistan and he hoped that the outcome of this conference will open new avenues and benefit the local solar industry. He said the event introduced the best practices that are recognized worldwide to help companies compete on international standards.
