Shah requested the apex court to issue directives to Secretary Defence for "court martial against all the three persons, "saying" Asif Ali Zardari was the Supreme Commander of the armed forces of the Pakistan".
He also requested the apex court to issue directives to Interior Secretary and Secretary Law to apprehend Haqqani after registering an FIR against him. He urged the apex court to ask both the secretaries to bring Haqqani back to Pakistan through extradition arrangement with the US, adding that he requested the court for orders to Secretary Cabinet to produce a detailed report of the Abbotabad Commission before the court.
Once the Commission report is submitted in the court the same should be released for the information of general public through print and electronic media, he pleaded.
