Turkey's state grain board TMO has made an initial purchase of about 130,000 tonnes of European Union-origin milling wheat in a tender which closed on Wednesday, traders said on Thursday. The purchase has been allocated to three trading companies and depends on final approval being received from the government, traders said. The tender had sought a rapid shipment period from March 15-25, traders said.
