The LHC issued notices for May 02 in a petition challenging appointment of Punjab Education Foundation's Director for Academic Development Unit. A bar member, Ch Shoaib Saleem, contended in his petition that director academic development Ayesha Numan was appointed against the merit. He said that the applications were invited from those having Masters Degree in Management or Social Sciences but respondent lady was holding degree in English literature.
