We are living in an era where fast-paced technological developments have changed our lives entirely. If we peep into our lives we spent in the 1990s, we see a big difference in our lifestyle, society and values. Technological advancements have changed the way altogether - from our food to our travel, and the way we communicate with each other. Following this transition, requirements for successful personal and professional lives have changed also. Today's workplace also requires different and richer base of knowledge and sets of skills, rather technological skills. The fast-paced world demands fast-paced learning.
Things have changed, but the curriculum at educational institutions run by the governments is still the same. The issue needs immediate attention of the government so that our future generations can compete in the fast-changing world in an effective and meaningful manner.
