Formaldehyde Plant: Dynea Pakistan approves expansion in production facility

The Board of Directors of Dynea Pakistan Limited has conceptually approved expansion in their production facility of Formaldehyde plant from existing capacity of 59,000 to 109,000 metric tons, thereby allowing them to increase production of their basic and ancillary product lines.
According to material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday, the decision is subject to arrangement of long-term banking finance. The total estimated cost of expansion would be about Rs 510 million which includes plant, equipment, building and civil works.
