The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly today (Monday) unanimously criticised crackdown against Pakhtuns in Punjab, Azad Kashmir and Sindh and demanded immediate stoppage of the arrests of Pakhtuns in those areas. The resolution was moved by PPP legislator Sahibzada Sanaullah. The resolution asked the provincial government to ask the federal government to order immediate halt to the arrests of Pakhtuns in the affected areas. The house adopted the resolution unanimously when it was put to vote by Speaker Asad Qaiser.
