Afghanistan's Ashraf Ghani seems to have lost his marbles. He has chosen belligerence over co-operation with Pakistan. Look at his audacity: his ambassador to Islamabad has handed a list of Pakistan claiming the presence of Taliban and Haqqani leaders and "terrorist" camps in the neighbouring country.
"AFG ambassador in Islamabad handed over a list of 85 Taliban and Haqqani leaders, 32 terrorist training camps exist in Pakistan, awaits actions!," according to the tweet of Afghan government spokesman.
How ironic and unbelievable is the fact that the Afghan government has demanded immediate actions against "85 Taliban and Haqqani leaders and 32 terror training camps in Pakistan which are behind all terrorist attacks in Afghanistan."
Indeed, a price one has to pay. The price is hosting over three million people for several decades. They brought with them, among many things, drugs and fire arms. Many Afghan refugees now have been found facilitating terrorists in the country. Not all Afghan refugees are facilitators of terrorists. But they are required to identify black sheep in their midst.
Unfortunately, however, some Pushtoon leaders, particularly Mahmood Khan Achakzai, are still the strongest advocates of Afghan refugees.
