The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore in collaboration with Nutritionists Association of Pakistan (NAP) is arranging a two-day International Livestock Nutrition Summit with the theme "Feed, Farm, Food & Innovations" on February 21, on UVAS City Campus Lahore. Leading professionals, experts and stakeholders from seven countries, including China, Hungry, Turkey, UAE, Holland, Bangladesh, etc, are participating in the summit. Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Minister Asif Saeed Manhais invited to attend the inaugural session of the summit.
The summit would help develop strong linkages between stakeholders and government regulatory bodies for better prospects of livestock industry. Experts will discuss dairy nutrition for sustainable production, feed technology and management for improving livestock production, nutrition of growing and fattening animals in 20 oral and 40 poster presentations, etc.
