PPDWP approves two uplift schemes

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PPDWP) approved two development schemes of Agriculture and Planning and Development sectors with an estimated cost of Rs 4191.492 million. These schemes were approved in the 51st meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2016-17, presided over by the Punjab Chairman P&D Board Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan.
Members of the Planning & Development Board, provincial secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.
The approved development schemes included: Establishment of high-tech Mechanisation Service Centers (HMSC) at the cost of Rs 3962.684 million and Third Party Validation (TPV) of Khadam-E-Punjab Rural Roads Program (KPRRP) (1st Revision) (PC-II) at the cost of Rs 228.808 million.
