The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has approached the Lahore High Court against an order restraining the bureau from holding an inquiry into privatisation of Muslim Commercial Bank. A single bench had stayed the NAB inquiry proceedings in response to a petition of Mian Muhammad Mansha and others.
