Sarhadi becomes FPCCI body's vice chairman

Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi has been nominated as vice chairman by Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Standing Committee on Dry Ports. Sarhadi is a former senior vice president of Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), vice chairman of Pak-Afghan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PAJCCI) and also president of Frontier Customs Agents Group (FCAG) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and vice chairman of All Pakistan Customs Agents Association (APCAA).
Associated with customs clearing, forwarding and business related to Afghan transit trade for last 4 decades as chairman of SCCI standing committee on Railway and Dry Port, Sarhadi is also writing columns in various Urdu newspapers. He had also remained chairman of All Pakistan Commercial Exporters Association (APCEA) and Gems and Gemological Institute Peshawar (GGIP).
In a statement issued here on Saturday, Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi has expressed gratitude to president FPCCI, Zubair F. Tufail and senior vice president, Aamir Atta Bajwa for expressing trust in him and pledged to make all possible effort for coming up to the expectations of the business community and raising their problems at higher authorities.
