At least eleven people including five women and two children were killed and fourteen others injured when Mardan bound coach fell into a deep ravine near Shaheed Morr on Malakand Pass Tuesday. The ill fated coach bearing registration number PWR E-61306 was on its way to Mardan from Swat when it met a fatal road accident near Shaheed Morr as the driver lost control over steering and plunged into deep ditch while negotiating sharp turn.
Deputy Commissioner Malakand Syed Zafar Ali Shah has said that two passenger coaches collided near Shaheed Morr. "Eleven people including five women and two children died on the spot and fourteen other people suffered critical injuries," DC informed. The dead bodies and injured have been shifted to Batkhela hospital. The dead also included four members of a family belonging to Swat district. The critically injured have been rushed to Peshawar hospitals.
