Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah on Sunday made a sudden visit to Karachi and reviewed the development projects. Accompanied by Sindh Local Government Minister Jam Khan Shoro, he visited various places without any protocol.
CM Sindh arrived at Tariq road and inspected the work being carried out at both the sides of the thoroughfare.
He then went to University road and examined the under-construction road from Hassan Square. He directed Planning and Development Authority to accelerate the pace of work.
Later, he visited the under-construction road of Madinat Al-Hikmah Hamdard University and ordered Local Government Minister to supervise the project personally.
CM also expressed resentment over the delay in completion of work and said that people thought that he will not keep an eye over the matter.
He said that the authorities should realise that students face great difficulties in coming to university from this road.
Afterwards, the CM reached Lyari Expressway from Gul Bai flyover where he was briefed by DC West.
