District administration sealed 18 medical laboratories for unqualified staff, not registering and presence of expired-kit in a joint crackdown with Health Care Commission (HCC) in Nauthia locality of the district.
On the directives of Acting Deputy Commissioner Shahid Mahmood, Director, Health Care Commission, Dr Khalid Masood along with Additional Assistant Commissioners (AACs), Bashir Ahmad, Gul Bano, Talat Jan, Chief Inspectors Faisal Khan, Suleman Jalal, Inspectors Mirza Shafqat, Sajjad Ali Shah and others inspected more than 50 medical laboratories in Nauthia area of Peshawar and checked the registration and educational qualifications of their staff. Out of them 18 laboratories were found unregistered, working with unqualified staff and expired-kits.
