Cash basis bids for hard red winter (HRW) in the southern US Plains were uneven on Thursday with demand from domestic millers unchanged to lower, said merchants. They said wheat bids at Galveston, Texas slipped while those in Enid, Oklahoma rose as demand varied in both locations. Premiums for wheat shipped to and through Kansas City on Wednesday were generally unchanged. But premiums slipped 1 cents per bushel for grain with 12.2 percent protein and dropped 5 cents for 12.4 to 12.6 percent.
