Colombia produced 1.65 million 60-kg bags of washed arabica coffee in November, up 25 percent from the same month a year earlier, the National Coffee Growers' Federation said on Monday. Exports were up 12 percent last month to 1.25 million bags, the federation said in a statement. Production and exports were battered this year by a 45-day truckers' strike and the damage done to many coffee trees by the El Nino drought.
