The Sindh government, Home Department has designated the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Sindh to have all the powers under Section -11-EE (2) (f) of Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) 1977 to monitor and keep surveillance over the activities of the persons borne on 4th Schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA), 1997.
