Spot cash basis bids for hard red winter (HRW) wheat were flat in the southern US Plains on Friday and farmer selling was quiet following the Thanksgiving holiday, dealers said. Premiums for wheat shipped to and through Kansas City were unchanged. The US Department of Agriculture reported export sales of US wheat in the latest week at 712,400 tonnes, above a range of trade expectations for 350,000 to 550,000 tonnes.
