Security Agencies foiled a major terror bid and recovered huge cache of arms from Chaghai and Dera Murad Jamali on Sunday. According to reports, ontips off, the FC carried out a search operation in Chaghai and recovered a huge of cache of arms in a compound. The weapons included rocket launchers, hand grenades, IEDs and explosives.
The sources added that the arms and explosives were to be used for terror activities in the province. However, no arrests could be made as the outlaws fled from the scene before the arrival of the FC personnel.
In another operation, the FC arrested four suspected terrorists of a banned organisation and recovered arms and ammunition from their custody in Dera Murad Jamali. They have been transferred to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
