Australian surgeons would conduct operations in free surgery camp organized in Mujahid Hospital, said Engineer Muhammad Saeed Sheikh President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI).
Inaugurating free surgery camp, he appreciated the efforts of the Mujahid Welfare Council for offering cheapest medical facilities to the needy segments of the society and arranging free medical camps for the poor and have-nots suffering from different chronic ailments."This is actually a noble cause and service to humanity and affluent segments of the society must cooperate with Mujahid Welfare Council that indents to regularly arrange free medical camps", he said.
He also paid glowing tribute to the office bearers of the Mujahid Welfare Council, who devoted their lives for the poor only to please the Allah Almighty. He also assured his full cooperation for the construction of Medical Complex and arranging free medical camps.
Mr. Anjum Iqbal Butt, President Mujahid Welfare Council told that the management of hospital had undertaken this task to serve the ailing humanity. He told that apart from cheaper treatment, the deserving elements were also getting free medical facilities from this hospital. He said that doctors in this hospital were also committed to serve the poor and it was only due to their extra care that people prefer to get medical facilities from this hospital.
Earlier General Secretary Rana Waseem Ahmed Advocate and Dr Habib Aslam Gaba briefed President FCCI about the details of the free surgery camp and told that Australian doctors would conduct complicated operations of Hernia, thyroid, Hydrosol etc while the hospital management would conduct free X-rays, ultrasound and laboratory tests etc in addition to providing them free medicines.
