The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Hazara Region arrested a terrorist of a banned outfit besides recovering arms and provocative literature from his possession here on Wednesday. The CTD sources said that on an intelligence tipoff regarding presence of a terrorist, operation was conducted in Sadiqabad area of district Mansehra.
