The sovereign's 50-year benchmark, maturing in 2066, sold for a yield of 1.896 percent, slightly above 1.874 percent at an auction in March.
Belgium has now raised some 85 percent of its 31 billion euros target for 2018. Because of the low-interest environment among European sovereign issuers, Belgium receives, rather than pays, interest on its borrowings of up to 5 years.
